There’s always space for a sticky, whether at the beginning or the end of a meal and this late harvest Semillon is perfectly suited as an aperitif with pate and cheese or as a digestif with a fruit laden pavlova. Unashamedly textural, this wine is marvelously balanced between fruit sweetness and driving acids.
