2017 Museum The Obsessive Shiraz

With fruit sourced from a local shiraz vineyard in the Pokolbin area, this wine is a classic Hunter Valley Shiraz with a bold, modern edge. The palate soars with blackcurrant, nutmeg and hazelnut flavours, rounded out by a smoky oak. A lingering after palate of red liquorice covered in dark chocolate. Whilst this wine is drinking beautifully now, it will continue to develop in the cellar for at least another 5+ years.
