4 x Museum Release 'The Obsessive' Semillon
Classically styled with crisp yet delicate citrus aromatics and a tightly structured palate of limes and mineral acid. This is a superb example of the famous Hunter Semillon. Enjoy with oysters, white fleshed fish and poultry.
4 x Museum Release Yellow Label Chardonnay
The face of classic Hunter Chardonnay with the body and personality to match! This wine is showing good melon and butterscotch characters on the nose, and the palate is full, round and rich. Enjoy with seafood, crustaceans, game birds and white meats.
4 x Museum Release 'The Obsessive' Chardonnay
A serious array of peaches coloured by spice, creamy French oak and a squeeze of lime. It boasts lovely citrus and grapefruit notes, as well as a slight oak influence on the bright acid finish. Enjoy with seafood, poultry and game.
