The Obsessive’ Chardonnay is a single vineyard wine that is made to reflect the vineyard it is sourced from. In 2017 the fruit was sourced from our Gillards Rd property and shows aromas of roasted cashews, peaches and green pears with a balanced palate of fresh baked sourdough, nutmeg, five spice and fine acid backbone.

This delicious Summer wine begins with aromas of red berries, rose petals and hints of stewed rhubarb. The juicy palate shows rich strawberry with hints of blueberry with a long lingering finish of rhubarbs and raspberries.

Our Green Label Semillon is a different take of Hunter Valley Semillon. It starts with aromas of pineapples, sherbert and fresh granny smith apples. The palate shows tropical fruit characters with lifted noted of citrus, pineapple and orange finishing with a beautiful limey minerality.
