Scarborough Wine Co. has been producing its unique style of wines since 1987 and is one of the few Hunter Valley only producers. Specialising in Chardonnay but also producing other traditional premium Hunter varieties, such as Semillon and Shiraz, Scarborough has established itself as one of the leading wine producers in the Hunter Valley.
